Savory sauce great for rice, noodles, or cooked veggies

Ingredients
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • ½ Cup All-Natural Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Tahini Butter
  • ¼ Cup Braggs Liquid Aminos or Nama Shoyu
  • 1/3 Cup Rice or Apple-Cider Vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons Garlic Paste or Garlic Powder
  • 3 teaspoons Ginger Paste or Ginger Powder
  • 5 teaspoons Lime or Lemon
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes *optional
  • Crushed Peanuts *optional
Method
Boil Maple Syrup for about 1 minute. This gives it a thicker consistency and warms up the butters when you add them. Turn the heat down to low and whisk in the next 8 ingredients. You can mix in the Pepper Flakes or reserve them with the peanuts for garnishing. Yields 1 ¾ cups sauce.
